After Jeff came home from work he wanted to go to Multnomah Falls which is about 20 minutes from where we live. A man Jeff works with said that it used to be the #1 tourist spot in Oregon, now it's an Indian Casino...at least we did our part to bump up the numbers today! Jeff had been before but I hadn't, it was amazing! It had great views of the Columbia River and I still can't get over how GREEN everything is. We hiked a mile to the top of the falls, there are a few other hikes that are longer so I want to still do those, I told Jeff we should go back at least once a month :) There is a restaurant at the bottom of the falls and I thought it would be a good place for our 2 year anniversary dinner next month - or tomorrow night...whatever :)

We also got a pretty shot of Mt. Hood from the lake by our apartment complex, it's amazing that we get to see this view everyday...at least when it's not raining!

looks like a cool place to live! I've seen lots of pics of that fall :0) and you're only 20 minutes away- cool! neat that you can see mt. hood- on the good days. sounds like you two are doing a good job of getting out and about!
We drive by the Falls everytime we go to Oregon but we've never stopped cuz there are always SO MANY CARS THERE! As a matter of fact, we did stop once and couldn't find a place to park so continued on. We'll have to have you take us sometime when we come over. Your apartment has a fantastiv view! BEAUTIFUL!

It is so beautiful there! I love the falls! I am so glad you are posting all your adventures! It makes me smile! I can't believe it is going to be 2 yrs next month you've been married! Look at all you guys have done in those two years! It's awesome!
